Today my goals were to:
1) Train Kaeser in mobility and agility/check in before his fight this weekend! I’m super excited to see how well he does!
2) work on creating a workout / call women for our gyms start up women’s group class
3) Skills Training day
  • I did pads bag and more technique drills in the morning
  • In the evening we did super high volume Muay Thai Conditioning
