Basic discipline training day 25
Today’s task:
100 pushups for time
Knocked 7 minutes off the time from the first week.
Added in some pogo jumps.
After 3.5 miles yesterday my knees are certainly feeling it, but I can tell they are getting stronger and more used to it.
Ready to finish this 30 day program and branch into more strategic programming.
