What I’m feeling / thinking:
A little run down today. The body feels sore and stiff, which is expected given the weekly training demands. This feedback isn’t negative, it’s data. Recovery becomes the primary priority, and I’ll return to optimal levels through targeted sustenance, hydration, and sleep.
What I’m focused on today:
Implementing structured stretch and mobility work, controlled breath work, and light movement to maintain tissue quality. Coaching my athletes with precision, intention, and clarity. Ensuring every session delivered aligns with long-term performance outcomes.
Obstacle & plan:
The current obstacle is muscular stiffness and accumulated fatigue. The plan is straightforward: increase hydration, optimise electrolyte balance, and complete focused mobility sessions to restore range and readiness. Early recovery tonight to reset physiological load for the coming days.
