Staying present. Holding my attention where my feet are. Moving through the day with intention instead of autopilot.
Obstacle & plan:
The obstacle is life pulling my attention in a hundred directions and dragging me away from what matters most — my family. The plan is simple: remain conscious, stay aware, and give them the presence they deserve.
