  • Low Back & Core — focused on stability and integrity, not fatigue. Quality reps over volume.

  • Prayer — grounded the session with gratitude and intent.
  • Reading (10 pages) — continued sharpening the mind alongside the body.
  • Journaling — reflected on discipline, direction, and daily execution.
Main Session:
  • Ultra Hybrid Athletic Workout — strength, movement, and conditioning blended with purpose. Trained to be durable, not just tired.
Mindset:
Today was treated as the most important day—not because of hype, but because it was available. Showed up, did the work, honored the process.
