Hi All!
Currently on vacation and I was glad I was able to get two workouts in before breakfast! I did an upper body workout in their cool 24 hour gym and then I found some pickleball courts and got to do some cardio! Both 30min exercises from the Bodi app. Well this is day one. Day 2 will be lower body and cardio so we’ll see what I can do 😂.. so glad I found a place I can share these small daily achievements that ultimately serve to build this fortress of happiness I’m pursuing. Hope everyone has a great day! Sorry for the picture of desperation. It was pretty hot today but I assure you I was happy 😂
