This week tested me a bit.
With everything going on with my daughter, I found myself battling stress eating and honestly feeling in that โwhateverโ mindset with tracking. Not because I donโt careโฆ but because mentally, I just felt overwhelmed.

2๏ธโฃ Donโt track, but fully commit to my approved meals and keep things simple
And it made me pause and realizeโฆ

Focusing on:
