Details plan (as a side quest to achieve the highest priority) :
-I commit to implement day 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the challenge in my everyday life.
-I commit to walk at least 30 minutes every day
-I commit to share this journey with my husband and this community, and ask for more support if needed.
How long : I'm giving myself 3 month (to 31th August) to get active everyday for 21 days.
