Went at it again with the nice couple on the track this morning!!!
They smiled at me and gave me a polite nod. 🙂↕️
Then I started off on the same thing as last time.
Passed them 3 times
And finished by almost a full lap.
Having a cooldown outside now since I was getting so hot. 🥵
