Today, I focused on getting more protein in at suhoor (sunrise). I really feel like this is key for me so I can smash my goals without relying on iftar (sunset) as my main fuel source.
I did go over my calories by 24, but I still improved compared to yesterday – progress over perfection 👏
I completed my first BBB workout and increased my step count from yesterday too, so I’m proud of that.
