Not gonna lie… it’s so cold I had ZERO motivation 🥶
On top of that, my partner had food poisoning and it legit sounded like an exorcism 😵💫 I’ve never experienced that before — just witnessing it made me feel like I was about to pass out.
BUT… steps still gotta happen 😂
So we improvised:
🏠 Walking pad
🏋🏻♀️ Treadmill at the gym
☕️ Pacing while warming up
👉 And then… after the rain stopped, I drove to the gym and turned the whole day around.
