This week started strong.
By the end of it? Sleep debt hit hard.
Old mindset would’ve said: “Push through. Don’t stop.”
Current mindset: “Recover properly so next week isn’t compromised.”
I took yesterday to reset because long-term consistency beats short-term stubbornness every single time.
I feel so much better for it and ready to smash this week and to make sleep a focus.
