Love rice

Hey my dude i have a quick question. How many grams of cooked white rice should I eat for my dinner. My dinner normally 130g of chicken and some sort of salad and then white rice. I LOVE white rice plain. But im never sure how much is a good amount weight (gram cooked wise). If you have time to help with this. It would be a great help. Thank you
