I love Korean food. I have to say it.
It’s hard for me to track well when I’m not the one to make it. Even when I make the soup it has a lot of calories because of the sesame oil mostly.
Today I went with a kimchi soup with canned tuna has my protein. They added a little bit of tofu. It had lots of kimchi. Onions 🧅 and green onions. The side dishes were good like always but I only ate part of it. The pickle cucumber and the fish cake with red pepper powder.
Lots of sesame oil probably in the fish cake and the soup.
Only ate a little of the rice at the end to finish the broth.
It hit the spot !!!
