Increasing my NEAT
I am trying to increase my movement. I sit a lot while charting patient notes and reviewing records on my computer. I have been thinking about buying a standing desk, but not sure where to put it. This weekend I made the end of my kitchen counter a desk and was able to increase my steps by 4,000 - 5,000 each day this weekend.
What tricks have you guys found to increase your NEAT?
