Ingredients (grams)
- 45 g rolled oats
- 200 g Fairlife ultra-filtered milk
- 50 g water
- 10 g chia seeds
- 23 g raspberries
- 80 g nonfat Greek yogurt (stir in after cooking)
- 8 g PB Fit (optional drizzle)
- 8 g maple syrup
Instructions
1. Cook oats + milk + water + chia seeds in a pot for 5β6 minutes until thick.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Stir in Greek yogurt (this makes it creamy like pudding) and maple syrup.
4. Top with raspberries and PB Fit drizzle (optional drizzle) I didn't add drizzle to mine
