Week 4 of our F45 Studio challenge is Dinner Meal Prep with:
⭐ 1 bonus point for posting your macros
⭐ 2 bonus points for sharing your recipe
From what I’m observing, some teammates are posting their dinner prep, some include macros, and some share recipes. And honestly… this week looks like it’s a challenging one for many of us.
I’ll be transparent — I’m a little competitive (in a good way 😆), so yes… I’m over here trying to do all the homework to grab those bonus points.
But the truth is… I have an advantage.
A year ago when I started BBB, learning how to track meals, figure out macros, and build recipes felt extremely overwhelming.
There were days I literally wanted to cry staring at MyFitnessPal, especially trying to log social meals or restaurant food.
At home it was easier because you can scan barcodes, but once you’re outside of that bubble it feels like a puzzle you’re trying to solve.
So if you’re new to meal prep, macro tracking, or recipe building and it feels frustrating…
👉 I feel you. I’ve been there.
It doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.
It just means you’re learning a new skill.
And like anything in fitness… the more reps you get, the better you become.
What once took me hours now takes me minutes.
And that only came from showing up, trying, and not giving up on myself.
So to my teammates who might feel stuck this week…
Keep posting.
Keep trying.
Keep learning.
Because one day you’ll look back and realize the thing that once overwhelmed you is now second nature.
And that’s when you know you’ve grown.
