From recovery mode to beast mode.
I have been recovering the past few weeks and actually a couple of months. Feeling great and this morning attacked my leg workout. Felt great and was able to push forward and out of recovery mode.
The workout endorphins have been great today and body feeling good. I can feel that I worked out, but not over sore. This is exactly what I need to get back to managing my day to day stresses. I love my workout time!
