Introduce yourself to the community under the "Intro & Goals" tab >>> Done, as a part of requirements to reach Level 2 from Level 1
Write out your goals with the 4-part structure shown in the video:
- Highest priority goals >>> all numbers in my annual medical checkup are in normal ranges
- Detailed game plan on how you will achieve these goals >>> balanced diets, sufficient water, sleep hygiene, exercise, meditate, etc.
- How long you're giving yourself (12 weeks, 24 weeks, 8 months etc) >>> before my next doctor appointment: mid of Feb 2026.
- At the bottom, write "I am worthy and I will achieve my goals as long as it takes". >>> I am worthy and I will achieve my goals as long as it takes.
