Feedback for my new opt-in page
I’d love to get some feedback on my new opt-in page. I’ve created a lead magnet called How To Work Your Way. Inside, there’s six interviews with experts on modern careers and rethinking the rules of work. I’ve published these interviews to my newsletter over the last year. But I realised they could make for a great lead magnet too as the interviews are speaking to my ideal client (professionals who want more choice and freedom at work without having to change career or quit their job). So I’ve bundled them together, added a few pages of my own and got the “okay” from each interviewee to publish the guide. My plan is to run ads in other newsletters to the opt in page and hopefully grab some new subscribers. I think there’s room for improvement on the opt-in page, particularly on: - The six experts are big hitters in my niche. But I’m not sure if the page gets this across and bigs them up enough - The formatting (not my strong point by any stretch) I’m sure there’s lots of other stuff that could be better too. Would you like have a look and let me know what you think? I'd be grateful and don’t hold back if so 😊 https://howtoworkyourway.com
[Critique request] Sales page
It's a long-ish sales page, so I don't expect granular critique. But if you have a minute or two to skim it and see if anything jumps out, I'd appreciate flagging that. I'm kind of immune to my own shortcomings... so I'd appreciate an extra pair of eyes or two on this. Context: It's a sales page for my writing workshop Write Without AI (the name makes no sense, given that it's an email writing workshop and I'm already aware of that... 'tis what it is... for now). Thanks in advance. https://thesideblogger.com/landing/write-without-ai/
[Critique request] Group motto/mission critique
One of my goals this year is to grow my own group. Last year, I thought I'd make a group focused on task accountability. It's just... not working too well. So I made some changes... and I've decided on this new mission: "The goal of this group is to help you earn your Freedom Income (minimum income that covers our monthly expenses) from your business alone." I got the idea of the Freedom Income from Noah Kagan's book Million Dollar Weekend... though Noah calls it the Freedom Number. (Freedom Income sounds more appropriate for my group I think... requires less explanation, anyway.) Travis Sago says we need a MISSION for groups... so that (to me, anyway) sounds like a more concrete mission than task accountability... Thoughts?
[Critique request] "Auction case study" lead magnet
I finally wrote up a case study of the auction I ran last month here in Daily Email House, with the goal of using it as a lead magnet in list swaps and newsletter ads over the next few weeks/months The lead magnet will ideally go out with ad copy which is the headline of the case study right now: "How I made $31k in 24 hours from a FREE community of ~400 members, WITHOUT doing a launch, webinar, or single sales call" My goal with the case study was: 1. Clue people in to this new opportunity of running auctions 2. Get them to want it (sexy results, no warts of their current solution) 3. Presell myself as an auction partner Did I manage to do that? Did I fail to do other important things? Did I miss something really obvious? I welcome your feedback. Here's the copy: "How I made $31k" case study
Review and Critique
Is it ok, a proper and anticipated use of the space, if we put pieces of copy we've written in Daily Email House for review and critique?
