Swallow the frog! Hardest day up front! Let's get it! Warm-Up: 5-min ruck or bike + dynamic mobility. Lift: Back Squat 5×5 • Walking Lunges 3×12 • Romanian Deadlift 3×10 • Calf Raises 3×20. Finisher: 10-min EMOM (10 KB swings + 5 burpees). Archery: 15–20 arrows @ 15–25 yds (post-lift breath control).
