I've been chasing some oil leaks on a 10 month old engine rebuild. Turns out the front timing case bolts are doing what I suspect is compressing the gasket and sealer and in turn "loosing torque". Anyone ever experienced this or have input to something I did incorrectly?
Last year I modified my timing cover to access to my DAP adjustable timing gear. The access plate has begun to leak oil and today I am modifying the removable portion for better sealing.
Well going I have an engine from @Claude Lafond To pull down and inspect for him. This engine was a complete experience build he had down and had some issues so we are going through it. Should I do a complete tear down video for you tube ?
