There’s Value In The Way You Make It Happen
There’s a lot of information out there, but there’s value in the way that you deliver it! This was the very first thing that Alex Hormozi said in this weeks Skool Games. Despite the fact that there are so many ways to gather information these days, if you can deliver it in the way that is compelling to your community, then you will easily get your point across. A funny thing he mentions - one definition of being a consultant is to get a glass of water from the river, then sell it to somebody. The water/information is there for everybody to share, but the consult consultant has found a way to sell it. So my question to you is, what are you doing within your community so that people are buying the glass of water off you? What is it about your community that makes people come back for more?
Fun Caricature Time
Try this prompt in ChatGPT> Create a caricature of me and my job based on everything you know about me. Add a photo of yourself as well and see what it comes up with. I'm drinking a beer while doing some sort of work, in my unit by the beach. Considering I don't have a unit on the beach, I'll consider this a solid pipe dream. Put yours in the comments for a bit of fun.

Trust Beats Sales
I saw this in another community. It’s the story telling that hooked me. 2026 isn’t going to reward the loudest marketer. It’s going to reward the most trusted. We’ve moved past the transaction economy — where people bought because of hype, pressure, or promises. 👉 We are now in a trust economy. And in a trust economy: • Relationships beat transactions • Authenticity beats perfection • Community beats cold selling • Consistency beats virality People don’t want to be “sold to.” They want to feel safe, understood, and supported. That’s why: ✔️ Authentic content matters more than polished content ✔️ Storytelling matters more than strategies ✔️ Communities develop relationships quickly ✔️ Long-term relationships build long-term wealth When you create content that: Educates Encourages Serves Invites conversation You’re not just growing an audience — you’re building equity in trust. And when you pair that with a community? You don’t have to chase sales. You create a place people want to stay. 💛 This is why we build: Not for quick wins. Not for transactions. But for connection, impact, and legacy. 2026 belongs to the builders who: • Show up consistently • Lead with integrity • Invest in relationships • Create spaces where people grow That’s how you thrive — not just survive — in what’s coming. Relationships over transactions. It’s been emotional Easty
