There’s a lot of information out there, but there’s value in the way that you deliver it!
This was the very first thing that Alex Hormozi said in this weeks Skool Games. Despite the fact that there are so many ways to gather information these days, if you can deliver it in the way that is compelling to your community, then you will easily get your point across.
A funny thing he mentions - one definition of being a consultant is to get a glass of water from the river, then sell it to somebody. The water/information is there for everybody to share, but the consult consultant has found a way to sell it.
So my question to you is, what are you doing within your community so that people are buying the glass of water off you? What is it about your community that makes people come back for more?
