Alexa, here are some thoughts about perks for those achieving certain levels.
- Since our community has grown so quickly and gotten so large, your time for one on one has become limited. You should allocate this time for your consultations or special classes.
- This community has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Given this huge pool of talent, I would suggest you use us in some targeted ways. For example, rather than do a one on one, you could do a 30 minute intensive for a group of us that have reached a certain level. You could then do a 45 minute intensive for the next level that would include a review of 5 sites that your previous level submits. The next level would be an intensive 1 hour workshop that would introduce us to producing income beyond YouTube ad revenue.
- You should do a poll on what perks might be most desired by the membership. We might come up with some novel ideas. One perk might be a free edit of a video. Another might be a proven thumbnail template. Another might be a 30 second "commercial" to the entire membership about a channel that you have reviewed. Of course, this channel should be one of the member's video's. Anyway, this community has a lot of creativity that can be harnessed.
- While we all would love to work with you one on one, the class format allows us to gain insights from each other in addition to the knowledge and information you share. While you have kept your humility, you have reached another level: expert, and soon to be guru. Let us help you so you don't burn out as you shine brightly lighting the way.
Also, since our community has grown so large, the leaderboard should display the top 20 posters. As Bev noted, working to get to the next level has it's own competitive rewards.😁
