Afraid of the camera, but I'm working on it

Hello from Canada. I'm a transformational coach for midlife women. I have a lot of fear around being on camera (which I'm working through) so don't have many talking-head videos yet: 4 long form and about 30 shorts.

I have grown my channel to 2.4k subs by creating empowering music that inspires change. I've had a few of my music videos get traction, but mainly everything I put out sits with low views, despite a decent amount of it having good CTR and retention. So I'm just (im)patiently waiting for YouTube to start actually showing my stuff while I continue to upload into the void.
