In addition to the “Walk With Me” playlist where I document my walks, in various weather conditions and walkability infrastructure quality, to inspire people to go outside and walk in their own neighborhood as soon as they finish the video, as walking is one of the nature-based practices i advocate to in my program to escape the sitting Trap and build a Sustainable Healthy Lifestyle….
I’m basically showing them that I’m “walking the talk” not only sharing knowledge…
