Appreciate any advice 🙏

I’m trying to look at analytics for YT & google keyword to see what’s performing well. Not getting far. Any suggestions for easy & free or cheap tools? Should I just start looking somewhere in my newly created YT account? Also not loving what I found for free google keyword search analytics. Also would love to know if there’s a really simple tool you like for helping w/ video creation. TIA 🫶
