Okay! So this one is a real estate value email. I am approaching a lead and wrote this one based on one of his YouTube testimonial videos (kind of a win podcast). Detailed feedback is appreciated so I can improve; here the email goes:
Subject: They stole my method and made $8,000 in 30 days
Preview: An insane first try and 10x money 🤑
Yoo %Firstname%,
If you’re a real estate wholesaler stuck at a dead-end $20/hour job…
…and you keep overthinking your first deal instead of actually doing one.
You’ll relate to Jam and Kaye.
When we met, they were working graveyard shifts (4 PM–3 AM), broke, tired, and skeptical,
And had been burned by an insurance scam run by fake friends,
which taught them to be more careful about opportunities
Fast forward a month,
They took the exact strategies, method, and resources I teach inside my private membership and closed their FIRST deal for $8,000.
(That’s too in the FIRST try babbyyy!).
Here are the two main things they did:
- They reached out immediately (no overthinking)
The scam made them hungry for legitimate ways to build wealth without exploiting elderly people or compromising their values.
Working on the graveyard shift…to… realizing…
… they have a MASSIVE advantage if they're willing to bet on themselves instead of following the crowd.
While their friends were just accumulating debt,
Jam and Kaye understood that being the "dumb kids" who didn't go to college actually positioned them perfectly to build wealth,
…giving them the freedom to take risks and invest in themselves without worrying about student loan payments.
Now, UNLIKE most wannabe wholesalers who overthink and procrastinate
Jam took immediate action.
He texted everyone in his phone one simple question:
| “Do you know anyone selling a house?”
That’s it.
One of those messages led to a friend’s grandmother.
Deal found.
Then they contacted local realtors asking a direct question:
| “Do you know any buyers looking for flips?”
They understood something most beginners don’t:
Realtors know every serious investor in small towns where "everybody knows everybody,"
…and relationships matter more than anything else.
The $8,000 assignment fee proves that massive action beats perfect preparation every single time.
- They thought like entrepreneurs.
Understanding and adapting the entrepreneur's mind was the key to their deal,
Because the time they closed the deal…
…the property had a roof literally FALLING in, massive mold patches, and two years of abandonment,
…made the property uninhabitable, even dangerous to walk through.
Most of the wholesalers would walk away,
They didn’t.
Jam and Kaye spent $400 on a dumpster and personally cleaned out the entire house over several days,
BECAUSE they refused to let buyers see it in that condition.
Why?
Because entrepreneurs solve problems…they don’t complain about them.
Both handled acquisitions and dispositions together, moved fast, and stayed aligned without ego, excuses, and conflicts.
That alone put them AHEAD of almost everyone else…
Now, stop making excuses about your age, education, or background, and start taking massive action like Jam and Kaye
Both from their first deal proved that taking massive action, investing in yourself, and being willing to get your hands dirty literally pays off.
If you want results like theirs, you need to:
React out to as many as possible and think and act like an entrepreneur to make the largest profits.
See you at the top,
<Name>
P.S. If you want more motivation,
P.P.S. Want the exact system that took them from graveyard shift workers to real estate entrepreneurs?
If they can do it, so can you %firstname%
Never doubt yourself :)
