Trigger = contacts enter "Not Interested Now" deal stage 4. Delay = Set for 3 months 5. Notification = send email & Slack notification to Contact Owner (sales team member) 6. Email says, "Hey such-and-such needs a follow up. You moved them to this stage on [date entered workflow] so they may be ready now. If they are not ready yet but still interested, leave them in the "Not Interested Now" deal stage and you'll get another reminder in 3 more months. If they are interested, move them to the appropriate deal stage manually. They have entered this workflow [number of times entered workflow]"
