This is what happens when you give away courses for free. I could click on any random free member of Copywriting Launchpad and this is what their course completion page will look like. The same thing happened when I had a free plan in my other community platform. We got over 1300+ signups and only 9% completed the material. And I knew this was going to happen, even after we moved to Skool. I know you are going to sign up because it's free and then do nothing with the resources I give you. I used to care. I don't anymore. Whoever wants to succeed at copywriting will succeed, even if the only resource he or she has access to is YouTube. I mean, I have to up my learning with your courses for sure. Alex's creative strategy academy will end soon (as will this school year), so I'll have the time to spend on that ànd on outreach 😄

I have some new statics to look at. Now, these are specifically made to be 'bizarre', a way to stop the scroll. I also have other ones that are more regular, but these I wanted checked.

"Make no mistake, you'll get your hands dirty just like the rest of us." - Bottles, Shot Caller (2017) Outreach: 0 Proposals: 0 Meetings: 0 Coffees: 2 Diet Cokes: 4 Clients: 4 - 3 x lead Gen, 1 x FB ad creative strategy Courses: 1 - Alex Myatt CS Academy (finishing soon) Cognition: Friday/10 Energy: Friday/10 Today: - Did IVOC research, FBAD table, and Mass Desire to Performance table for foldable fishing rod for Creative Strategy Academy. Manual research took 2.5 hours and Claude stuff took another hour to get right. Slow. - Spent wayyy too long trying to build a Skill that normalizes data sets. I often pull contacts from Clay, AI Ark, or some franken-vibe Python script. So, I'll have 2-3 sheets with similar data but different column headers (labels). And then, I have to mash them into one table. Need to speed up this process and improve QA. Slow. - 500+ leads for CRO agency . Took Dripify out of the campaign martech stack. Best practices only work when times are good. Enriched leads website email & business phone number to try the front door first. Didn't do lead scoring bc it's busy work for dorks. DORKS! Last thing was set up an Oregon hobo-rig pipeline in GHL and "Not Interested Now" deal stage automation. More on that below. "Not Interested Now" Deal Stage automation for Book-a-Call funnels: 1. Create "Not Interested Now" deal stage in pipeline (GHL, Hubspot, etc) 2. Contacts can re-enter flow & goal is moving them to any other deal stage 3. Trigger = contacts enter "Not Interested Now" deal stage 4. Delay = Set for 3 months 5. Notification = send email & Slack notification to Contact Owner (sales team member) 6. Email says, "Hey such-and-such needs a follow up. You moved them to this stage on [date entered workflow] so they may be ready now. If they are not ready yet but still interested, leave them in the "Not Interested Now" deal stage and you'll get another reminder in 3 more months. If they are interested, move them to the appropriate deal stage manually. They have entered this workflow [number of times entered workflow]"

Damn, Keith. You're on fire! Hope I get there too some day. But you seem to be able to keep yourself busy :) nice funnel btw. Might swipe that for the future 😄 CSA and my job are keeping me busy for now. I hope I can outreach asap

Outreach: 1 Proposals: 1 Meetings: 0 Coffees: 6 Clients: 4 (3 x lead Gen, 1 x FB ad creative strategy) Courses: 1 (Alex Myatt CS Academy) Cognition: 5.5/10 Energy: -3/10 (Just finished a bunch of deliverables yesterday) Today: - Sent updated lead gen proposal to new agency prospect. They seem picky, demanding and impatient so we will get along well. - Booked demo with Hypertide to upgrade cold email infra. I don't want a VA and can't set up this many inboxes manually anymore. - Re-ran architect's prospecting list of CRE developers by building they are working on or have worked on with Claude + Claygent + AI Ark. Never doing this deliverable again. Lost money on this. Just use Crexi or Loopnet next time... stupid! - Finish Winning Ads Re-Combination Matrix for Creative Strategy DTC gig & polished 10 new concepts x 5 variants = 50 new winning ad re-combinations to feed Andromeda's fat face. - Messaged CMO that's friends with one of the CMOs I work with. He has 10 winning ads in his clients account, so I'm seeing if he's interested in Winning Ads Re-combination Matrix and if he's liquid now. - Started list of potential partnerships/referral requests for CRO agency client based on their existing network. 7 so far. Need more. - Scraped every 15-40 headcount agency in America with Meta/FB ads keywords. Got their business contact email & leadership roles enriched. I don't know why I did this. I just wanted this list all the sudden. - Did IVOC research for CS Academy capstone project which is 1 static and 1 video FB ad for a foldable fishing rod. 2 ads due this weekend for feedback and run on 25th. I want the gold-leaf plaque you get for a winning ad for my Winventory. - Made tracker sheet of all the updates/requests/comms/payment dates/saas subscriptions to and from clients. Less herding kittens maybe. Slow day overall. Need mucho mas pipeline & some kind of Creative Strategy offer to pull of 30k net new. Clocked out at 2pm-ish. Started at 830am.

@Daniel F Hey man, I really appreciate your feedback and the time you put in to write it. I do not have many assets to work with from the client themselves. So it's a little bit the capacity of AI I'm counting on. As for the different angles: you are totally right, the whole point of CSA is to put out as many different ideas and angles, so these are just the first two that I made (ever even). There's a bunch of them waiting to be produced. Briefs are ready. A few of them you actually mentioned.
