What do you look for in a Mentor?
A huge question that we ask in our community is....... "Having a mentor is a huge advantage in any industry, but what do you look for in one? What is most important to you?"
What is most important to you, personality match, industry match, outside source with a similar mindset, experience and revenue generated? Are you a visionary that needs an integrator or is it the other way around?
