Trust Is Actually A Business Problem

Having confidence and clarity are a product of trust. Repetitions of tuning into your intuition, power and voice to make decisions builds this over time (not surprising, our brains like proof and will reinforce it🤯).

You do this hundreds of times each day.

But over the years, our self trust often erodes because of people pleasing, saying yes when you want to say no, hiding, avoiding, overcompensating and being who others' want us to be (underneath that is typically fear).
