Bypassing vs. Integrating and Embodying
Yesterday we talked about bypassing versus healing. Honoring the path, the layers, the highs and lows, and most importantly that we each have our own process and expression. So this brings me to Part 2. The other thing I've been noticing is that we often talk about feeling and emotion and learning to identify it or label it. We also might learn to release it or move through it, which is an important part of the healing journey. But I'd say that being able to sit with and hold those emotions as well as everything that comes up with them is a true hallmark of integration and embodiment. When you can sit with that anger or sadness and not let it consume you and cause you to spiral and project. When you can sit with it and recognize, yes, this is anger or yes, this is sadness... and I honor this feeling because I'm meant to feel these things. Even more, when we can feel these and not assign meaning to them, but just notice them for what they are without judgement. This brings up capacity. How much capacity do we have to sit with those things that used to cause us pain, fear, or make us uncomfortable or anxious? The more we do this deep in our work and connect to our divine selves, our capacity grows and expands, along with joy, love, and our ability to really feel our interconnectedness and oneness. We can meet ourselves and others with a greater level of compassion and service. I've been thinking about that quite a bit lately. Also, how this relates to my ability to be a stewardward of community, healing, and transformation. @Miranda Mitchell some of your posts have gotten me thinking so I wanted to acknowledge you for that! 🥰🙏🏼 What do you think? Have you tried sitting with and holding some of the feelings that aren't comfortable?

@Stephanie Davis they are so smart . Learning how to work with them as a con coach was amazing . I witnessed the most amazing things during my training .
Bypassing vs truly healing (and honoring the path in others)
I've noticed a trend and I want to speak to it. And I also want to hear from you. There are MANY people, myself included, who talk and teach about the many levels of healing and spirituality. For context, I see healing and spirituality on a continuum that ebbs and flows, and many people begin in their physical body with symptoms, pain, emotions, and trauma, and move to the energetic and etheric body then to spiritual realms. This is obviously not true for everyone, but it's the pattern I've seen most often in 20+ years of working with people. And we tend to spiral up through the layers as we move through journey and navigate the ups and downs of life. Sometimes we're called to revisit a wound we thought we healed and integrated or consider a trigger that is annoying but still on our radar. Sometimes a look with a fresh lens or perspective is needed so we can learn deeper meaning or fully integrate something. What I've noticed is various types of bypassing or discounting. I'm not talking about toxic positivity or the "love and light" folks. That's obvious (and FWIW, I believe we were meant to experience the breadth of the human experience- not be sunshine and rainbows 24/7). I'm talking about people not honoring the actual lived experience of others. Most of us have gone through many layers and have been cracked open to find deep healing and truth. I've seen comments all over (SM, articles, and even some on Skool) saying you don't need to do deep work to heal, you don't need to feel your emotions, you don't have to address your trauma, etc. I disagree. To me, this is bypassing and not really wanting to face the reality that healing isn't easy. It can become easier as we move through the layers, but it isn't inherently an easy process. From my vantage point, from both my own experience and doing mind, body and spirit healing work for 20+ years, doing the inner work and being completely honest with yourself is much harder than changing your diet, exercising, focusing on sleep, or taking supplements or medications. I survey my clients and they all agree- the diet, lifestyle, and protocol stuff was easy; learning to regulate their nervous system was easy-ish to moderate; and the hardest part was addressing the emotion and trauma.

@Stephanie Davis it is going back time and time again. Reflecting, sharing and integrating. Asking questions. That is why I created the living Oracle. Looking at the pattern. Looking at the chart. Sharing what you notice and hearing others reflections. The premium of the Living Oracle does give the opportunity to go deeper through interactive experiences that I call blueprints. We start at Pluto and move up the chart with a new blueprint release each month.. plus more opportunities for Live connection . I feel that is where the magic happens. Would love to have you as a founding member .. going deeper through interactive with those that love to go deep.. 💓

I released Pluto this month .. we have See Yourself Clearly where we use the oracle and human design to learn about placements of the chart , open circle where we come together for open share - this can be about what was uncovered in the blueprint or anything at all that comes up in the sharing .. and a blueprint release each month .. plus the pattern play live that is for free and premium . October is the first month of the blueprint release so it would be the perfect time to start. Let me know if you have any questions .
New Year's Wish For Yourself
Last week we dove into the Hidden Patterns Quiz and explored how patterns that show up in our mind, body, and relationships can be related. We also considered the wisdom of the body and truly listening to the signs. This got me thinking about my future self. What would I wish for her based on what I'd learned?? Let us know below. 🥰

Preview of Hidden Patterns Quiz
If you're coming from Human First/AI Driven Summit this week or are an existing member of this community, I have a gift for you, my Hidden Patterns Quiz. The backstory is that I've been observing patterns my entire life. When I got into functional medicine practice, I noticed the physical, mental, and emotional patterns that my patients had. At first I saw them through the lens of biochemistry, physiology and nervous system regulation, but as I healed and grew myself and added the emotional and spiritual tools to my toolbox my lens expanded. I could SEE how profoundly interconnected everything was. So to help me illustrate that to my patients, I created this quiz (it started off as a static check box but is now an app). It connects the dots on how our physical, mental, emotional, and relational may be contributing to our life and current state. Your low back pain, tension in your jaw, reflux and indigestion, anxiety, indecision, not speaking up to keep the peace, and self sabotage are all related (just an example I see often😉). The quiz invites you to bring awareness what might be connected for you, if there are repeating patterns, and opens the possibility of asking what can shift if you see things from a different lens. Here is the link: Hidden Patterns Quiz Over the coming days we're going to dive into it further. I also want to ask a simple poll question: Do you fully see how everything in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body is connected?? I'll tell you what I've observed in 20 years of working with people in the comments.
