Almost every morning I take my dog for a walk. This time is one of my quiet spaces when I can connect with myself and nature. My first thought today was that I get so many ideas most of the time because my nervous system is regulated and that's my baseline. I always notice when I'm not when I've allowed stress to come in because of traffic, kids, chaos, etc. But that's a choice, right? And I'm human. ☺️ Most days I choose the calm, peace, and allow life to unfold. Second thought was noticing a pattern with the leaves falling. For the most part, the leaves tend to fall 2 ways: randomly all over or systematically from the top down. I realized this reflected the way we are in life too. Some days it feels orderly just like the leaves falling from top down and some days it feels chaotic like the randomness of some of the trees. This also is reflective of the other patterns in life like our journey of healing, growing, becoming, and expanding. How are you feeling lately?

I came across this amazing video yesterday when I was resting to get rid of my cold. I always talk about how laughter enjoy are some of the best medicine, and this quick video will give you laughs and joy. It made my heart really happy!! The baby is awesome!! But it also made me think about the street performer. She resists so much at first, but eventually gives in and she experiences pure joy. It made me think, where in your life are you resisting and what would happen if you stopped?? I learned long ago that pushing in force don't get me very far. Surrender, allowing, and patience have brought me alignment, peace, and joy. 💖💖💖

I've been a little under the weather with a cold the last 4 days, but in between doing the work tasks I need to do and resting in between, this landed on my heart for you. On Tuesday, I shared that I was going to the Denver Skool IRL event with Goose. I also shared that while I was super excited, I was still holding some hesitation being introverted. But I am so glad I went!!! It blew me away and far exceeded my expectations. I'm met some absolutely incredible humans that I connected with immediately. There was such an amazing vibe because Goose brought his usual enthusiasm, joy, and giving nature. He was so generous with his knowledge and time. We had a blast outside the bus, in the bus, and on the bus (the sky view below)!! Goose reminded us all that while we host communities, it's super important to connect to humans, especially in the digital world. We did a fun exercise, making content together (and it's where is here and more fun doing it in a group). I'm going to share some more insights over the coming days but wanted to remind you that we weren't meant to do life alone. We are naturally communal beings and thrive when we are connected. ✨✨✨✨

Today I'm going to check out Goose's Skool Bus in Denver and meet some amazing humans from this platform. And, I'm super excited and also not... all at the same time. 🥰 🫣 I'm a naturally introverted person, a pure INFJ. This event has been on my calendar for over two months, but in the last few days I've been getting cold feet, which is a predictable pattern of mine and I know I've got to interrupt it so I shot a quick video to share how I feel and what I'm doing. And, I'm also a big person signs. The video is 4:44 which is one of my angel numbers being born on 4/4.
