What's the best way for my members to upload videos for feedback?

I'm starting a jazz guitar community and would want my members to be able to upload videos as posts so that I and other members can give support and feedback on their playing. My community is mostly older men, so some are not the most tech-savvy. I tried uploading with "Add attachment" but then it just shows the file. That won't work because people won't download multiple user video files just to be able to give feedback. Any better solution?
