Only send email reminders to members with access

A new member of my community asked to stop getting reminders to programs she's not in as she finds them confusing.

We told her to unsub from Skool emails, but this means she won't get reminders for the program she IS in.

Can this be automated that ONLY reminders relevant to people's course access go to them?
