Introducing Hidden Course option

could we have it, please?

The hidden course option would let the admin hide the course from all viewers others than those that are enrolled in it.

The use cases are endless. There may be invitation-only courses that admins offer that others in the community needn't know about for whatever reasons.

For us, without this, I cannot offer cohorts their recordings. This year we are running four cohorts of our great value 1-month live zoom-based transformation course for work skills.

And we are offering this as an upsell within our free community. We really don't want our free community members to see the locked access cohort-by-cohort recording boxes under the classroom. Within 2-3 years, we will have dozen of them. We cannot put the live session recordings within the course as our promise is that only participants can see the recordings due to the very vulnerable nature of our work.

"Hidden course — only enrolled know its existence"

"All members have access"

"Only some can access it"

"Members of a certain level"

We cannot think of another workable solution as of now. So, for now, we have made the recordings available by request only. If people request us, our admin will verify that the requester is part of the cohort and send a dropbox recording link.
