Can't Submit Membership Question on Mobile

Hey guys, I started onboarding customers to my skool group and 99% of my customers only operate on their mobile phone.

One problem we are running into is when they answer the membership questions, they can't scroll down and SUBMIT the answers.

I've attached a photo. It doesn't allow you to scroll down on the screen and enter submit.

Thoughts?
