Can you help with ideas please?

Hi Skoolers

I am a publisher and I currently use Skool when someone signs up to write and publish their book.

I offer a holistic approach so they get Brand, Marketing & PR, Business, Writing, Publishing & Distribution and Beyond Their Book.

I have just watched using Skool in a mult-tiered way and this sounds a good idea.

I feel I can offer each of these courses individually and build on them with the top elite tier would have everything culminating in a book and a 6 month Leadership Mastermind.

There are so many aspects to publishing and I feel I am not getting people into my group unless they sign up for book publishing.

I feel I am leaving money on the table and perhaps could fill my group more regularly...
