Cold outreach mail generator
Hey I've been thinking about cold outreach last week (before I joined her as well) pretty sure I saw a few other people post about it too lol. anyway spent a day messing around with it and I think I figured something out (costs like a penny per email if you've got an OpenAI account): built a little webpage where you drop in owner name, property address, asset class, and your info. it spits out three emails first touch, a follow-up for day 14, and a breakup for day 30. prompts are tuned specifically for CRE so it doesn't sound like every other AI email out there. no signup, nothing saved on my end, your key stays in your browser. just wanted to put something out there for the group. link lmk if you've tried something different or have ideas. also down to walk anyone through it if you're stuck on something
