Doing the vortex method when sick
I have a bit of a cold, nothing major, but it felt a bit intimidating to do Wim hof breathing. I got recommended by to try a calm session anyways to move some energy and help healing. I tried it and it felt really good, especially on the breath hold, and then the coherent breaths flushing that energy around. I also did some light lymphatic movements before and after and I felt really energised. I’ve also been coughing green stuff up so I think the lymph is flowing. I can definitely recommend trying a vortex session as long as you don’t go crazy hard and lose your calm!
If anyone has some experiences to share or any advice, then that would be magnificent
