Hey everyone, I'm Benny 🤙 I'm a breathwork facilitator, and for the last two years home has been a van. My fiancée, our dog Luna and I have been traveling through Europe, and I surf whenever the waves let me. Right now we're back in Germany for a bit, figuring out what comes next and where to go. Before breathwork I spent years in logistics, climbing the corporate ladder and making heaps of money. Project lead, key account management, and global purchasing of logistics services for industry. I was living the dream I got sold, right… The problem is that I couldn’t stand my life at that time and only got through it with numbing and avoiding everything that would have taken a connection to myself and my emotions to solve it. Then my dad and my cat died of cancer within 6 weeks, and one day before his funeral I got diagnosed with skin cancer. I just kept doing what I did best, work and numb… A couple of months after that I collapsed on the street and a second time in the ambulance. I had all the signs I could get to slow down a bit, but I ignored them till I got an ultimatum from my fiancée. That’s when breathwork found its way into my life and where I began to find my way back too. All of this led me to quit my job and dedicate everything I've got to being a breathwork facilitator and helping others go through rough periods. Today I work with people who never allowed themselves to feel the grief they've been holding. It doesn’t need to be the death of a loved one. It can be a broken relationship, a job loss, a version of themselves they had to let go of because of circumstances in their life, or a missed opportunity. All these things are grief as well, even if a lot of people don’t see it that way. My 1:1 program, The Return Method™, is built around exactly that. I also create guided breathwork, Yoga Nidra and meditation sessions for YouTube and Spotify, and every Wednesday I host a free live breathwork call. Why do I do this? Because breathwork saved me. Now I want to help others reconnect with themselves and release the grief that is holding them back, in their lives and in their relationships with others.

Welcome, @Jeremy Stockton !
Update
I've been consistent since I signed up at the end of July. I don't know how many days it has been around 60 days- I wish the app would tell me. It shows the number of sessions, but I do at least 2 days. AM I do Excavation vortex. I sync in when I can, sync in most of the time in the evening, and sometimes do an extra breathing session during the day, before always doing deep sleep. I cannot change much or see improvement. My breath-holding is very slowly getting better. However, when I was hiking the other day, I noticed I was breathing out through my mouth, so I started making an effort to breathe in and out through my nose, and to my surprise, it was doable 😄. I'm staying consistent and looking forward to big changes.
