Feeling extraordinarily grateful this morning as I scroll through everyones posts. Jack and I are gearing up for a big year of group breathwork sessions, retreats, and syncs. One thing I did to ensure I attend the daily syncs: Settings->Focus->Do not disturb->Allow Notifications->Add Coherence Now I will get the notification to sync even when i'm on do not disturb. I know that no matter what I'm doing, chances are I'd rather be Syncing with you guys 🤣 Excited for a year of sharing many breaths with you all, this movement is about to EXPLODE and you are all so early. Jack and I are committed with all our energy to making the world a better place through this peaceful vehicle of syncronized breathing. And we thank you for being here 🙏 The most powerful thing we can do is live in a state of loving coherence, and share the free Sync with our friends/family. See you tonight on the Sync!
