Words carry meaning, yet most of the time, we only see them at surface level.

"Coherence" comes from the Latin cohaerere

Coherence literally means to stick together.

Things that stick together do not need to be forced, it is not about control.

Coherence is relationship. It's what happens when breath slows, attention settles, and the body remembers itself.

From that relationship, alignment appears.

And from alignment, action stops feeling heavy.

The opposite has become familiar too, even if it's not good for us.

Fragmentation - a mind pulled in five directions.

A culture full of motion, tension, and quiet exhaustion.

We see it everywhere.

But we also know what it feels like when it drops away.

When noise softens.

When something clicks back into place.

That is why we gather for the Daily Syncs.

This is where we practice sticking together.

Breath to breath.

Human to human.
