Build your chosen identity through choice, and reinforce it with behaviors. Action:Choose one small daily rep this week. Identity Line: Chose an identity statement. Ex: “I am someone who trains calm.” Why? Identity shifts through repetition. Post your identity statement, and how you are working towards it in the comments.

02MAR26 Train Attention
Mondays we set the tone for what we are focusing on this week., and this week it is all about attention! Here is the challenge: Set a timer for 5 minutes. One task (reading, studying, focus on the breath, etc.) No switching. Keep track of your attention. Each time it wanders, return to the task. Why:Attention strengthens through return. Reflection: How often did I return? Each return is a rep. Each Session of this is a set. How many reps and sets did you do?

Monday is all about focus! This week lets focus on calming the body before engaging the mind. Action:Before your first meaningful task today, take 3 slow exhales. In through the nose, and out the mouth. Why this matters:Lower activation expands working memory and improves judgment. Reflection: Ask yourself before “How calm is my body right now?”

Cognitive fitness is ultimately identity work. You’re teaching your nervous system who you are becoming. Action: Finish this sentence at the end of today: “Today I showed up as someone who…” Why it matters: Naming identity accelerates alignment. Reflection: “What identity am I building through my reps?”
