But it always shows itself physically first.
Action: Identify your “tell”....tighter breath, chest contraction, jaw tension, rushing.
Interrupt it with one long exhale.
Why it matters: Interrupting the first few seconds alters the entire outcome.
Reflection: “What reaction did I interrupt today?”
