07DEC25 Notice the Baseline
Before the week begins, take 60 seconds to check in with your body. No judgment. Just noticing. Reset: • How does your body feel right now? • What’s the internal tempo, fast, slow, scattered, steady? • Where do you feel tension? Where do you feel release? Why this matters: Awareness is the first step in regulating your nervous system. You cannot change what you cannot sense. Start the week by noticing, not fixing.

05DEC25 Wins-
Your wins this week don’t need to be dramatic. Look for the smallest internal shift; one moment where you felt even slightly calmer, clearer, or more deliberate. Prompt: What felt even 1% calmer this week? Why this matters: Small shifts are how the nervous system learns safety. They accumulate into identity. Share the moment that stood out.

wins had to come early this week, as I have a big event tomorrow morning, and won't anywhere near digitial devices :-) For me, I am feeling more and more calm during my coaching sessions one on one with clients. It takes a bit for me to say it, and I encourage this type of vulnerability so I will.... I use to be, and occasionally still do experience a great deal of anxiety going into sessions, and at times experience a type of performance anxiety during the calls....however this week I can say I feel I am really setteling into my groove more, and more.... after YEARS of doing it!! :-)) Have a great weekend!! How about yall? @Wayne Arthur @Stella Prime @Chris Gingrich
How Training Works Inside This Community
This space is built to help you train a calmer body, a clearer mind, and a more deliberate way of living. Here’s how the learning path is structured so you can progress without overwhelm. Stage 1: The Dripped Onboarding Path (Level 0) When you join, you’ll have immediate access to the classroom and encouraged to start with the Baseline Practice, and a short sequence of lessons in Nervous System Regulation delivered one per day. This includes: - the 5-Minute Baseline Practice - Nervous System Regulation training - simple tools to lower activation - short practices you can use anywhere This early drip protects you from information overload and gives you the physiological foundation everything else builds on. Stage 2: Level-Gated Courses After Level 0, you’ll unlock higher levels of training as you participate in the community. Post, likes, etc earn you points to unlock the higher levels! These include: - Attention Training (steady mind) - Identity-Based Habits (aligned action) - Emotional Regulation Under Pressure (response over reaction) - Cognitive Clarity & Decision-Making (advanced work) Progress doesn’t depend on speed. It depends on steady engagement and integration. Why It’s Designed This Way Your nervous system learns best with simple, repeatable steps delivered at a sustainable pace. The drip gives you structure. The levels give you progression. The community gives you support. What to Expect - No rush. - No pressure. - Clear steps. - Practical tools. - A path you can follow at your own pace. If you show up, even a few minutes a day, you’ll build a calmer baseline in your body and a clearer mind to guide every decision you make. If you have questions, post them here. This is where we train together.

@Stella Prime relentless forward progress.... no matter how slow :-)
03DEC25 Wednesday Downshift
Your nervous system responds faster than your thoughts. A single slow exhale begins shifting your physiology out of threat and into clarity. Practice: • Inhale through the nose for 4 • Exhale through the nose for 6 • Repeat for 60 seconds • Keep your shoulders low and jaw soft Why this matters: A longer exhale activates the parasympathetic system and reduces physiological arousal within seconds. Use it today: Right before a meeting, message, or decision. Do this, and let us know how it felt?
