Stage 1: The Dripped Onboarding Path (Level 0) When you join, you’ll have immediate access to the classroom and encouraged to start with the Baseline Practice, and a short sequence of lessons in Nervous System Regulation delivered one per day. This includes: - the 5-Minute Baseline Practice - Nervous System Regulation training - simple tools to lower activation - short practices you can use anywhere This early drip protects you from information overload and gives you the physiological foundation everything else builds on. Stage 2: Level-Gated Courses After Level 0, you’ll unlock higher levels of training as you participate in the community. Post, likes, etc earn you points to unlock the higher levels! These include: - Attention Training (steady mind) - Identity-Based Habits (aligned action) - Emotional Regulation Under Pressure (response over reaction) - Cognitive Clarity & Decision-Making (advanced work) Progress doesn’t depend on speed.
