Here’s what you’ll need 🛒:
  • Egg (1 medium)
  • Greek yoghurt (50g)
  • Almond milk (100ml)
  • Vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)
  • Baking powder (3g)
  • Honey (5g)
  • Strawberries (50g, chopped)
  • FREEE gluten free plain flour (40g)
Here’s how to make it 🧑‍🍳:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix all batter ingredients together in an oven-safe dish (or blend, then pour into the dish).
  3. Sprinkle over the chopped strawberries.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until a skewer comes out clean.
  5. Blend ingredients for the ‘icing’ and pour over the top.
