💥Client Spotlight: 9lbs down in 10 weeks as a Newly Diagnosed Coeliac!
When this client joined us, it had only been 6 days since her coeliac diagnosis! She was overwhelmed, confused, and unsure what her new lifestyle was even meant to look like. She knew she wanted to feel better in her body. She knew she needed support. But between a demanding teaching job and gym anxiety, she had no idea where to start. Fast forward just 10 weeks, and she’s: ✅ Down 9lbs and visibly leaner ✅ Less bloated, less inflamed, and finally feeling like herself again ✅ Walking into the gym with confidence ✅ Building strong, sustainable habits that fit her life This isn’t just about weight loss. It’s about feeling empowered and in control of your body again! And learning how to live well with coeliac disease, instead of feeling like it’s running the show. A huge well done to her - we’re so proud of everything she’s achieved 🧡 If you're newly diagnosed and want to lose weight / bloating / inflammation, watch Phase 1 of the course. The most important first step is building the skills and healthy habits needed for a sustainable transformation! Once you can do these consistently, the results will flow easily ✨

🍝 Tasty Tuesday: Chicken & Chorizo Pesto Pasta
This is a really easy one to have on rotation when you want something quick, filling, and full of flavour! It comes together in about 30 minutes, it’s high in protein, and it’s the kind of meal that feels a bit more exciting than your usual midweek dinner without adding extra effort 😋 📊 Per serving: 549 calories | 37g protein | 51g carbs | 21g fat Here’s what you’ll need 🛒: - Chicken breast (100g) - Chorizo sausage (30g) - Gluten free penne pasta (60g dry) - Cherry tomatoes (50g) - Pesto (15g) - Olive oil (1 tsp) - Salt and black pepper (to taste) Here’s how to make it 🧑‍🍳: 1. Dice your chicken and chorizo. Cook the gluten-free pasta according to the packet instructions, then drain and set aside. 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 3. Add the diced chicken and chorizo and cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the chorizo is slightly crispy. 4. Halve the cherry tomatoes, and add to the pan, cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix everything together. 6. Stir through the pesto until evenly coated. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve. Love, Ella 🧡

No appetite
Hi ladies! I was diagnosed with celiac disease in June 2025, but lost my appetite completely in August 2024. I still have no appetite whatsoever after almost one year on the gluten free diet. Has anyone else experienced this? ❤️
