It comes together in about 30 minutes, it’s high in protein, and it’s the kind of meal that feels a bit more exciting than your usual midweek dinner without adding extra effort 😋 📊 Per serving: 549 calories | 37g protein | 51g carbs | 21g fat Here’s what you’ll need 🛒: - Chicken breast (100g) - Chorizo sausage (30g) - Gluten free penne pasta (60g dry) - Cherry tomatoes (50g) - Pesto (15g) - Olive oil (1 tsp) - Salt and black pepper (to taste) Here’s how to make it 🧑🍳: 1. Dice your chicken and chorizo. Cook the gluten-free pasta according to the packet instructions, then drain and set aside. 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 3. Add the diced chicken and chorizo and cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the chorizo is slightly crispy. 4. Halve the cherry tomatoes, and add to the pan, cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix everything together. 6. Stir through the pesto until evenly coated. 7.
