Opt-in Email Language and Report Text Update

I noticed that the opt-in email for the report is still completely in English, unless there is a template I may have overlooked that can be edited. In the report, the word “Kunden” is also missing. It should read: “Was Kunden nicht mögen”, and “nicht” should be written with a lowercase “n”.

Is there a template where I can modify the opt-in email for the report and/or the report itself?
